Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:

• you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
